FAQ
Ordering & Breaks
How do I enter a break?
Click "Breaks" in the menu, find a product you want cards from, choose a team/player/variation that fits your budget and want list, then get ready! Breaks are posted on our social media accounts daily.
What is a break?
A live group box break: you purchase a spot (a team, player, or random assignment) and receive hit cards pulled for that spot during the live stream on our Twitch channel.
Shipping & Vault Hold
How often are orders shipped?
The shipping process begins every Monday for the previous week's breaks.
What is Vault Hold — Ship Later?
Vault Hold lets you keep your cards safely stored with us instead of shipping right away — handy if you're building up an order or want to save on shipping by combining multiple purchases into one box. Full terms are available here.
How long can my items stay in the Vault?
Up to 30 days from your purchase (or from the last item added). We'll reach out before that window closes.
Does Vault Hold cost anything?
Storage itself is free during the hold period. Shipping, insurance, and handling are charged separately once you're ready to ship — nothing is billed automatically without your order shipping.
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Yes — that's exactly what Vault Hold is for. Reach out any time for a bulk shipping or buyout quote.
What happens if I don't respond about my Vault items?
Per our terms, unclaimed items with unpaid shipping invoices after 30+ days of notice may be treated as abandoned property under Texas law. We'll always try to reach you first — see the full Vault Hold Terms for details.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. First Class International packages can take 1–4 weeks to arrive. We suggest selecting UPS if it's available.
We understand international shipping costs can be prohibitive. To help, we recommend using a vaulting/consolidation service like ComC, or a reshipper:
- ComC offers vaulting services — your purchases ship to their warehouse, where they consolidate items and list them on their marketplace and eBay for a small per-card fee. See their shipping policy and getting started guide.
- Reshippers give you a U.S. address to ship to, then forward packages to your international address, often more affordably than direct international shipping. See ShipMyCards FAQ.

Policies
Are all sales final?
Yes — with the nature of breaks, all sales are final.
Giveaways
We kindly ask that participants in our giveaways or breaks be aware that all customs and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If you do not intend to cover these fees, we respectfully request that you refrain from participating. This ensures a smooth process for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
